Tickets and registration for the Conference
Purchasing tickets and registering for participation
Participation in the Conference requires the purchase of a ticket. Tickets may be purchased in one of the following ways:
- Through Ticketline.rs, an authorised ticket sales intermediary. In that case, tickets are purchased and collected in accordance with Ticketline.rs's terms of business, available at Ticketline's website. The Organiser is not responsible for sales conditions, refund policies or other matters within Ticketline.rs's remit.
- By contacting the Organiser's representative directly, using the telephone number displayed on the Conference homepage. After the user provides the information needed to issue a pro forma invoice, payment is made to the Organiser's bank account. Once payment has been recorded and confirmed, tickets are considered purchased and valid.
The Organiser reserves the right to limit participant numbers and stop registration when capacity is reached. Registration is only successfully completed once payment has been made and a valid ticket collected.
Purchased tickets are intended solely for use by the applicant or persons to whom the applicant directly transfers them. Further sale, resale or distribution to third parties, with or without payment, is not permitted.
People registered for the Conference may submit, promote and present HR practices and projects from their businesses. Submitted projects and practices must not contain personal data. The best practices and projects will receive awards. An HR project means any HR practice, process or activity implemented within the last two years that has improved work with people, business operations or the HR function. Projects may cover any area of HR, including talent acquisition, organisational and employee development, compensation, organisational design and employer branding.
Participants in Successful HR Stories consent to their projects and practices being presented at the Conference to other participants and the public, and published and presented on the Service.
Recording and Conference materials
By registering for and/or participating in the Conference, participants consent and give permission to the Company, as Conference organiser, to record, film and/or photograph the event, make recordings public afterwards, and edit, use, distribute and publish those recordings in any form.
Conference participants are prohibited from recording, documenting or photographing presentations in any way.
Copyright in the Service and Conference content
The Company holds exclusive copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service and the individual elements it has authored, including text, visual and audio elements, visual identity, data and databases, program code and other elements of the Service.
Unauthorised use of any part of the Service or the Service as a whole without the Company's express prior written permission, as exclusive copyright holder, will constitute infringement of the Company's copyright and may result in all proceedings available under the law.
The Service may also contain elements in which other parties hold exclusive trademark and other intellectual property rights, such as the business name, trademark or logo of Conference and/or Successful HR Stories participants. By participating, a participant agrees that those elements may be visible to every visitor to the Service.
Any presentation materials provided to participants are protected by copyright and intended for participants' personal use. They may not be copied, transcribed, reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes, or used in any way other than for participants' personal use.
Limitation of liability
Applicants and/or Conference participants expressly accept that the Company is not responsible for the conduct of other participants or third parties, and that those persons bear all risk of possible damage arising from such conduct, in accordance with applicable Serbian law.
Participants accept that the views expressed by Conference speakers are their own. The Company cannot be held responsible for speakers' advice, views, recommendations or instructions expressed during presentations.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable or available to a limited extent as a result of scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance or system improvements.
The Conference Organiser is not responsible for technical difficulties, delays or inability to hold the Conference due to force majeure, including but not limited to exceptional weather, natural disasters, epidemics, fires, strikes, security incidents, decisions of competent authorities, emergencies or crises, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances outside the Organiser's reasonable control.
If the Conference is postponed or cancelled for these reasons, the Organiser will, where possible, inform participants of next steps and any options for transferring the participation fee to a new date or obtaining a refund. Participants will be informed in a timely manner through the Conference's official communication channels.
